Guess what???? I did it!!!! I hit 30 pounds of weight loss this past week!!! The program I’m on is fabulous, I am so motivated to eat right and exercise. I went to the Dr’s office on Friday for a physical and my Dr. could not believe how much I had dropped! Keep making small goals for yourself, try to eat more chicken and fish and less starches and now that the weather is getting nicer try to get outside and go for a walk! Be healthy, Patty
